Kratz Executive Solutions was formed by three members of the Kratz Family in 2024. After years of their own personal business ownership experience, the Kratz family choose to bring each of their unique skills sets together creating a new partnership.

With their own roots in entrepreneurship, the Kratz family strongly supports small, local businesses and young entrepreneurs.  They work diligently with each client to create the best solutions for each individual and their needs.

Sue Kratz

Sue has dedicated her career to the growth of businesses and organizations. From the start of her career as a commercial financial loan officer, Sue’s exceptional ability with financial management has been a major attribute to every organization she has served. 

Throughout her career, Sue has developed specialized skills including: team management; supporting organizational structures; conference management; policy development; organizing/promoting industry specific social, educational, and networking events; and training implementation.  Sue has also utilized her unique skills in all aspects of business executive leadership including: payroll management, staffing, travel logistics, reimbursement, supply management, staff retention, and training. 

Sue has extensive exposure to safety industries and holds a vast knowledge surrounding safety equipment, available trainings, and necessary protocols. Sue has been involved in the dry cleaning, laundry, OSHA regulation, and safety compliance fields for three decades. She is well versed in OSHA compliance and is continually advancing her scope of knowledge by keeping up to date with every OSHA mandate and legislative change.

Katey Kratz

As a multi-business owner, leadership coach, public speaker, brand manager, and performer, Katey has had the unique opportunity to engage with thousands of people, working to positively shape and impact lives throughout the midwest.

Katey has founded and developed multiple companies over the last two decades, utilizing her skills in leadership and executive management to develop teams of highly skilled individuals who serve thousands of clients on a monthly basis.

Through her business ownership experience and continuing education, Katey has developed a diverse skill set including: executive leadership skills, training development/implementation, marketing, social media networking, building an online presence, public speaking, enhancing organizational structures, payroll management, and team development.

Jay Kratz

During the course of his career, Jay has represented over 20 different companies across commercial, safety, building, and industrial trades; helping companies of a variety of sizes across the United States expand their overall network and market presence. 

Jay has been a leader in the safety supply industry for the last three decades and has been integral in the growth, development, and marketing strategies of several businesses, including his own.

Jay specializes in consulting and networking and has worked closely with hundreds of contractors, architects, and businesses owners over the last three decades. 

Jay’s specialized and unique areas of expertise include: sales management, safety training, fall protection, lock out/tag out systems, dust containment, and asbestos remediation.

Along with his own personal experience of starting and developing multiple businesses, Jay’s creative talents, photography skillset, and networking abilities make him an essential asset to any company.
